The Edstem Onam celebration meetup, meticulously planned by our HR & Administration team, was held on August 19, 2023. Embracing cultural diversity, the team was divided into four groups based on Onam stars: Uthradam, Thiruvonam, Avittam, and Chathayam. The event featured various corporate team bonding activities and competitions designed to challenge participants' physical, artistic, and intellectual abilities. All activities were inspired by cultural heritage, fostering an inclusive workplace environment.

The array of dishes celebrated Kerala's culinary richness, while the breakfast and dinner buffets offered diverse options promoting inclusive dining. Journey from Victory to Glorious Rewards
The official meeting and prize distribution exemplified our dedication to employee recognition and celebration of success. The winners, who had exhibited exceptional team spirit, were honored with well-deserved rewards. The Uthradam team's intricate pookalam secured them the first prize, while the Thiruvonam team's colorful design won them the second. Demonstrating outstanding collaborative achievement, the grand championship title was claimed by the Chathayam team, with Thiruvonam securing the runner-up position. Trophies, prizes, gift hampers, and gift vouchers were awarded as symbols of their achievement and perseverance.
